Deliverables are the what. The offer is why anyone should care. The deliverables are the boring stuff - the features. (Nobody wakes up wanting 6 videos, 3 coaching calls, and weekly meetings.) The offer is the transformation dressed up in desire and urgency. It's what gives them the emotional payoff that really drives them to take action.
Tiers changes some things
Travis mentioned using a "throw away" Skool group for running an auction. Perfectly good idea. Here's another... Create a free group. Bring people in for the auction. Make the offer something that solves an immediate problem. Run the auction and have a blast. Collect the monies. THEN... What's the next problem those bidders have? Open a paid tier in the group and invite them to stick around and solve that next problem. I'm setting this up and running it for a few partners as well as my own group. Even better if a partner has a free group and doesn't know how to monetize it. Run an auction and invite people to the paid tier.

Biz Owners are Horny for This Now
Many biz owners feel fearful of change. I just watched a 40+ year old biz dude on a livestream saying he’s fearful of what’s to come. Here’s the thang… They’re not REALLY fearful of change. They’re fearful of “surviving” the change. I’ve seen time and again… When the “old” things stop working for biz owners… They become WAY MORE open to trying something NEW…IF there’s little risk. Deals are ripe right now. Change is good for Ronin. Things like Auctions, Poll Tapping and Community Building are all new to 99% of the biz world. They’re working fantastically. Their webinars, sales calls, funnels and such are not working like they used to. I’m watching 10 and 20 year high ticket vets who used to RAIL against low ticket stuff starting to make low ticket offers. 😈 The market is horny for something new they can do with little risk to SURVIVE. They need Ronin more than ever right now! The World is Ours! Now go get a deal! Rooting for Ya, Travis PS Remember: In reality they are horny for customers and sales. Their old ways aren’t working, so they are open to trying something new. But don’t LEAD with Auctions, Polls or whatever the new way is. Start with what they CRAVE: new sales and customers!
