Thank you so much, Aaron! This session was mind blowing! 🙏
Is the product roadmap with 9 steps absolutely necessary?
Hi there, I am wondering wether the product roadmap has to consist of 9 steps in all cases (I know that Aaron said that most of the successful programs are built that way and of course I know about the principle of three - that's why this question is so important to me). As I already offer a signature program consisting of 4 consecutive courses which represent the main framework of my offer (since 2020, 6-figure revenue). I have developed a unique matrix-system consisting of 4 x 6 variables - a unique approach which allows women to develop their style, dress their shape, combine perfect outfits and build their perfect wardrobe and at the same time solve all of their style problems. So my clients are working on 4 big steps consisting of 6 sub-topics each right now. I was thinking how I could change those 4 steps into 9 steps, but every time I try I come to the conclusion that this would destroy the unique heart piece of my systematic approach... I am a little bit clueless right now. Maybe I should add some sup-topics to have 4 steps with 9 sub-topics instead? Or what kind of other solution can you imagine? I am very thankful for any kind of inspiration! Is there anyone who also struggled with such a structural problem? How did you solve it? Thanks a lot for your thoughts!

@Acesa Garrard Thank you very much, Acesa! It seems, that I am not so far away from that situation 😉 Besides the fact that my roadmap contains 4 x 6 steps instead of 9. But I already have a feeling how to improve things - thanks to this thread and the many inspirations this community so generously provided to me 😁

A mind-altering look at email deliverability...
For those who send emails to a list (I email my list daily), email deliverability is an issue. It is a battle we will always fight. Technology plays a role, and some of the solution is on our end, and some of it is on the receiver's end. That's a topic for another post. Here is another way to tame the deliverability beast: The *BIGGEST* boost you will see to your email deliverability will come when you make a deep connection with your audience, and they are *looking* for your emails. I've already mentioned that I email my list (real estate agents and brokers) every day. I've done so for over three years. My audience is conditioned to look for my email every morning between 5 AM and 6 AM. It's reached a point where I receive dozens of emails from subscribers asking, "did you send a message today? I don't see it; can you re-send it to me?". And I always reply with a standard response… "Please check your junk mail, look for your spam filter, settings… etc." They always find the email and thank me for helping them. The solution to email deliverability is to WRITE GREAT CONTENT in your messages so that your audience wants to hear from you! When you do, they will look for your message!

Exactly, @Dennis Jones ! If you mail daily you can be sure only to attract readers who really care for your news. Those are real fans who will buy from you once you make a pitch. Works with weekly newsletters with valuable content as well - this at least is my experience 😀
I am a bit confused - can anyone help?
Hi there, I am Stephanie from Germany. I bought some products (including some bonuses) from Aaron. The courses and apps are offered on different platforms: https://university.growthworks.io https://app.launchmaps.io/ https://app.growthworks.io Does this new skool platform substitute all other platforms mentioned above? Do I have to move here with all my courses and apps from these other platforms? How? Or is this community platform completely separate from the other products I bought? Sorry for asking, but I am a bit confused, because of the various different platforms I am on by now... ;-) Can anyone help me get this straight and organized neatly again? Thanks so much!!!!

@Mariana Aspru I live close to Munich. But you are right: I love meeting people personally - in times of online business this is the real luxury 😉
