Changing Niches
I'm wondering at what point we should explore other Niches. To be fair, I have not completed a Rule of 100 campaign (100 actions per day for 100 Days), but I have contacted a large number of leads. I had acquired a list of 1,000 leads and sent each company 2 emails. I attempted ringless voicemails for all of these as well, though only some 300 or so got through because of the No Call List. But I think this would still be considered 3,000 actions, right? I'm not sure what else to do with this list. 1. What else could I/should I attempt with this current list before moving on from this niche? 2. When do we know we've tried enough leads in a particular niche? I'm a little disappointed to not have more responses so far. At the same time, the experience has taught me that the process of cold emails is not that hard, and I am willing to keep going because I absolutely want to achieve my dream of a lucrative and flexible BOOKKEEPING business I can run from home. I'm willing to start a full Rule of 100 campaign as soon as I get more leads. Just not sure whether that should be in a new niche.

@Brian McKinstry Jr are all the messages sales messages? Are any of them value messages?

@Brian McKinstry Jr Right my question is whether all the messages sent were going to have a call to action to contact for bookkeeping services because yes that can be annoying to receive. However, if any of the messages are of the know, like, before trust campaigns where over a series of touch points value is provided to the prospect. The recommendation is to pick a niche. Part of picking a niche is understanding pain points of that niche. Several useful messages can be sent to a lead addressing bookkeeping issues they may not even know about that could feasibly sit in there inbox to be reviewed when they have the bandwidth. A newsletter for instance sent monthly is a touch point as well.
Novice to Numbers Ninja bound!!!
Just started the Novice to Numbers Ninja course. I have seen in the comments that this is a good place to start. Going all in to get my bookkeeping business off the ground. I am ahead of the game, as i have my LLC, website, and socials. I have my AIPB membership. Wanting to get clients so I can begin the Certified Bookkeeper process. wasn't sure this time last year if I was going to be able to do this, but I was able to get it off the ground. And I am ready to get going.

The 10 Minute Rule
I've been going by the 10 minute rule to handle the seemingly difficult, scary, and/or time consuming tasks. Just 10 minutes..!!! Commit to 10 minutes, That's it.!!! I had never built a website before, I made the mistake of buying the "basic package" of a website builder .. ...and found myself stuck with a website template not knowing that I only was to get - 1 a.i. prompt in the builder plan I purchased. 120+ hours to basically build a website the old-school way (never done that either).. I didn't get it done by the picture in my mind of all the tasks and content -completed. That mind blowing task would of diverted me to doing more familiar tasks instead- like checking my email or interacting on social media.. ....No! I did it by committing to 10 minutes. 10 minutes, no big deal! ..if in 10 minutes I'm pulling my hair out, I can stop! The first time I sat down for 10 minutes.. I lost track of time, I laughed at myself when I realized it was fun and not scary - and 1 hour and 49 minutes had passed ..but my hair was still on my head.!.. ...and a website was forming..! That - I can do anything for just 10 minutes mentality ..turned into a very productive 9 hours and 42 minutes You can do anything for just 10 minutes.!!! You will be surprised the fear vanished .!!! https://mckinstrybookkeeping.com It's still a work in progress, but it's published and live
