@Chris Legaspi Such a great video! Love the analysis part and to see that being translated into the study. Very helpful.
Smilla & the Dragons
Created this painting a while ago for my stepchild Smilla. She was really into making dragon heads from paper, which prompted me to do this for her birthday. Included the first sketch and BW drawing as well. The style is inspired by the ink/watercolors of William Stout.

Thanks for the comments. I agree. The sketch has stronger design and I might revisit it in the future.
Final Homework from Chris' Advanced Figure Drawing course
I worked really hard throughout this course and had a lot of fun. It really helped me to appreciate the beauty of the human figure.

Beautiful! Makes me excited to work my way through the courses, so much good information and the structure looks good. Glad to hear you thought it was fun.
Phaesant Skeleton
My wife got me a a phaesant seleton as a Christmas gift. It's an old display once used in a school. She got it because she knows I love to draw seletons so that's what I did, and will do many more times πŸ˜€

What are you working on?
What are you currently making, creating your life? Artistically, professionally creatively. I just saw Stefan's christmas cards. Those are amazing. I don't know if you guys have seen these, but this is what I've been making lately. I'm going in a wild direction with my work and have been flowing creatively non-stop. What have you made or going to make today/this week?

Love the creativity in these @Chris Legaspi ! Wonderful textures. I'm working on adapting a short Fritz Leiber story called "In the Witch's Tent". It's to get my feet wet in creating comics and first iteration will draw a lot of inspiration from Mignola/Williamson's adaptation of other Leiber stories. If all goes well I'll then do another version where I explore my own style. While doing that I'm working on my inking and of course figure drawing. Included examples I just did: a Conan image by Buscema/Alcala and various Jeff Jones small ink drawings.

@Natasza Zurek Love it! Nice textured shading. Reminds me off Carter Goodrich, and that is never a bad thing in my book πŸ˜€
