https://www.skool.com/roast-promote-5332/classroom/4a31c438?md=5141bd10f78746deb6dfd9fd86c9100c <-It's public My approach to onboarding at the moment is non scripted DMs. People respond much more when you're being casual and personal. So I say somehting directly at them in a casual way. Once I made the introductions, I drop the link to tell them it has everything they need to get situated and that they engage right away. Is this link welcoming enough for you? The intention is to make people situated but not overwhelmed with information. It opens by saying you don't need to read a manual to be here. But if they have any questions and the patience to read, there is a compilation of posts that answer several questions. And I also say that they can ask me directly at any time. I just started doing that instead of just directly linking the playground post that has the link to this page. It's an extra step that most people didn't take.

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster
One sauce. Endless curries. This is where it starts.
Meet Colin. He made this butter bean curry last week using a simple masala base sauce. No fancy equipment. No hard to find ingredients. Just real Indian food made at home. And here's the thing about that masala base sauce... You can use it for butter bean curry. Chicken curry. Paneer masala. Chickpea curry. Bean and vegetable curry. How about a lamb curry... Are you seeing a pattern? ๐Ÿ˜„ Once you understand how to make the base, a whole gateway of curries opens up to you. That's exactly what we do inside The Indian Cooking Club. Learn the base, unlock the curries. Come and join us it's free, and the masala base recipe is waiting for you in the classroom. skool.com/everyday-indian-cooking-9801

โ›ณ Sell without selling
Imagine you're a pro salesman, going on a golf club full of rich people, trying to network and get them to hire you. You won't just come shouting what you do. You will develop small talk, say something personal, something interesting about you. Ask questions, let them talk about themselves. Let them complain about a problem that you can solve. Only after they gain your trust, you talk about what you do. And you make them think that it was their idea to hire you to solve their problems. How would you start that conversation? Asking a question? Sharing some fact that starts a conversation about a problem you can solve? Do that here. Try to start a conversation that can lead you to talk about what you do and make people want to keep talking to you about it. I'll engage with it like I'm your ideal client. This is a pitching exercise. I got several others at Roast & Promote. You can engage with them anytime and network with people who will be interested in what you do. You can also get constructive criticism on your ads and promotion strategies.
