I am trying to build an agent/workflow for ecom brands. I want the build to be able to combine all the brands incoming messages from different platforms like Facebook, Instagram and others into one place and track it back to their order automatically. and have automated responses to FAQs (ties specifically to the customer like where's my order at or return requests.) is this possible and if yes can you guys give me some tips and maybe some resources please.

Chatgpt now have his own image generator option. It's generating Good and fast outputs now. Also added a result here. What changes or updates comes in the LLM you're using mostly? Which update us best that just comes? What updates you want that they should be ?
