This was a really insightful and eye opening session. It helped us better understand how interviewers think and how to structure strong, impactful responses to Salesforce interview questions. We began the class with 30 participants and finished with 19. Everyone is expected to complete the assignment by next Friday. We must become fully proficient in navigating Salesforce from the back end to the front end, as well as creating customer apps, objects, and fields, and ensuring they are visible to the appropriate users. This was a tough one, and I won’t lie, the approval process challenge tested my patience, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. I ran into multiple errors, had to troubleshoot step by step, and really understand how the configuration works. But pushing through and finally passing feels very rewarding. For this task, I focused on making the Salesforce interface simple and secure for non-admin users. First, I restricted access to the backend setup by updating user permissions. which removed the gear (⚙️) icon, only system administrators can now access Setup. Next, I configured app access so users are directed straight to the app they need.
