Friday Question 💥
Have you ever hit the wall during a training run/long run? How did you handle it? (Asking because this actually happened to me during an 18-miler last Sunday). Stories/tips/advice all welcome! 🤲🏻

Thank you for sharing these stories. They are so relatable and important. I want to echo what you said, @Kristine Owen Wood about running with your phone & the ability to buy a cold drink. I went to a beautiful greenway here in NC for one of my long runs and I didn’t carry enough water with me. I felt like I was dying of thirst and then - true miracle - fell upon a community park with water in a vending machine that took Apple Pay. I really really really lucked out, but it shook me. Now I always run with more water than I think I need (in NC heat) AND my phone AND a $5 bill. 😅
