Good morning ☀️ Water tip 💧
Hi everyone! Happy Thursday! As I was going through my morning routine, I thought I’d share my water drinking habits with you. I know some people don’t like plain water and find it hard to meet their daily water intake. Every day, I fill a 64-ounce bottle of water. Today, I added sliced apple 🍎 and a cinnamon stick to make it more interesting. Some days I’ll add lemon 🍋 and fresh ginger 🫚 or cucumber 🥒 and mint. I’d love to hear any other suggestions. I hope this helps 😊

Great ideas. I usually split my cherry flavor L-carnitine in to two servings and drink twice a day in addition to plain water the rest of the day.
Your Next Workout Is Ready! 💪❤️
I created a FREE 60-minute full-body and core workout for you, and it’s waiting in our Free Resources classroom! 🙌 All you need is dumbbells and resistance bands, so you can do it at home or take it to the gym. It includes a warm-up, strength and core work, a cool-down, and demo pictures to help you follow along. Choose resistance that challenges you while keeping your movements controlled, and adjust anything that doesn’t feel comfortable. If this is something you all love, I’ll create a whole library of workouts for you! Your feedback will help me build resources you’re excited to use. 🥰 Who’s giving this one a try this week? Let me know how it goes—or ask below if you need help modifying a movement! 👇❤️

Yesterday we put pork steaks in the oven with grilled veggies and grilled potatoes. We have leftovers so will have another night this week.
Hi Team and Good Morning ☀️
I am 44 years old and live in the sunny state of Florida. I am originally from Ohio and have also lived in North Caroline and South Carolina. I currently live in the panhandle and have lived in the Destin area for 10 years now. Kim and I both worked for Columbia Sportswear and we were both working out with the same group/app prior to StrongHER 50 being created. I started my fitness journey 2-3 years ago when I was feeling very lost in life. I knew I wanted to get back into the gym, but I honestly had zero time to drive to the gym as I had two little kids and a traveling husband. I began working out with an app at home and it was the best decision I made for myself! I was no longer just a boss or a mom and it felt great :) I began to find myself again in more ways than one Fast forward to this year…….. I lost my job in January and then I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in May. About 30 days later I was then diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and Graves Disease. I recently spent 8 weeks at the Utopia Wellness & Cancer Center in Tampa, FL where I was getting holistic treatments to cure my cancer and heal my whole body. I have continued strength training throughout my journey with breast cancer and have been following a strict diet where I cut out all gluten, sugar, alcohol and dairy. I am excited to be joining the StrongHER group where I am planning on making new friends with all of you while also getting tips and tricks to continue my fitness journey

“I Thought It Was Just Me…” ❤️ Let’s Find Your People.
Find Your “Me Too” Person ❤️👇 Ever read someone’s comment and think, “Wait… you struggle with that too?!” Let’s find those connections right here. You don’t have to share your whole story—just finish these two sentences: 💬 “I could use a little support with ______.” 💪 “Something I can help someone else with is ______.” Maybe you need help making time for workouts, figuring out protein, navigating menopause, or keeping promises to yourself when life gets busy. And maybe you’re great at easy meals, getting back up after a setback, making people laugh, or listening without judgment. You can need support AND have something valuable to give. I’ll go first! ❤️ 💬 I could use support with giving myself grace when menopausal fatigue kicks in and I can’t get everything done. Some days, my energy just doesn’t match my to-do list—and I’m learning to be kinder to myself through that. ❤️ 💪 I can help with making healthy habits practical and finding a way forward when starting over feels overwhelming. Here’s where the connection happens: After you comment, find someone you relate to and reply! A simple “Me too—what’s been helping you?” is a great place to start. If you see a comment without a reply, give that person some love. 🫶 What goes in YOUR two blanks? 👇

@Lynne Nofi Love this!! Grace is definitely something that I learned to give myself along this journey. Realizing that there will be days that I completely fail and that’s ok. Not giving up after those failures was the hard part. That’s where grace played a huge part in my success. Seeing that failure as a stepping stone and not a brick wall. So happy to have you here and thank you for your encouragement!!
