- Physical: Went on a walk with my friend up to a great view overlooking the city - Accountability: Wrapped christmas presents. And finished and delivered a work requirement for one of my university subjects. - Mental: Started reading the book The power of now - Spiritual: Did a real quick 5 minute meditation and wrote down what im grateful for.

Day 2 for me Physical: Got my 10,000 steps today :) Accountability: Bought Christmas presents for my family Mental: Nothing today unfortunately. Spiritual: Focused on being more mindful, present and giving off positive energy today when I was out buying Christmas presents.

50 days left of 2025 let’s go! My 4 wins: 1. Physical: Calisthenics workout 2. Accountability: Woke up at 6AM to work 3. Mental: Listened to a podcast whilst at the gym 4. Spiritual: Journaled my goals for the end of the year

I started this challenge today hehe, so im late to the party! - Physical: I did a 15-minute full body stretch! Felt very nice, but it was challenging :) - Accountability: Waking up early to drive my dad to the airport. And starting this challenge. But its late and I just found out about this challenge, so I will be setting a real goal to stay accountable for tomorrow. - Mental: Listened to a podcast about how to achive the success you're after in life - Spiritual: My goals for the next 50 days: I wanna get back into an active routine of working out. I haven't been able to work out so much in the past couple of months because of life getting in the way, but I want to get back into a routine, because im noticing how much worse I feel mentally now that I haven't been working out often. I want to become more confident. Spending more time doing things that benefit my life long term. Cutting out the stuff that makes me less confident. Become more socially confident. Being more happy in everyday life. Im also a filmmaker, so I want to make a film that I can say that I'm proud of within these 50 days. But first, I have to think of what I want to make. I will achieve my goals by being more mindful of my time and having a clear goal in mind, to motivate me to do the things I want to. I will stay active in this community, and support others. Edit: I also want to improve my sleep and getting enough sleep!

Physical win: huge leg day this morning when I was not feeling it at all Accountability win: loads of stuff ticked off my to do list today! Mental win: an amazing podcast with Mel Robbins and Chris Williamson Spiritual win: gonna go spend some time with the Mrs this evening without phones
