Can you use DBR for time-limited promo campaigns?
The answer is yes - here's a showcase... The DBR setup/workflows can be used for reactivating old leads but they can also be used for time-limited promo campaigns. Recently, I did 3 campaigns for a client - one was a static "blast" promotional message that literally got 0 responses. But the AI-powered first message that was super simple... That started a conversation and offered a callback Or sent a relevant link Achieved a positive response rate and a good number of enquiries (I'm still waiting to liaise with the client about full numbers of conversions). One campaign was a Black Friday offer while the second AI campaign was a promo for Gift Cards. And both campaigns had a first message that was more personal than a static blast and sparked interest of the audience. #Gift Card Promo:# Hi [NAME], this is Anna from [CLIENT NAME]. We’ve got the perfect stocking filler for you: buy a $300 gift card + get a free $50 gift card. Want details? #Black Friday Promo:# Hi [NAME], this is Anna from [CLIENT NAME]. Our amazing Black Friday deals just landed with major savings on MOXI, BBL and CoolPeel and more. Want details? Sometimes...we just need to think differently about how to apply what we know, and how the systems work because they can open up new doors and opportunities. This experience is now something I can use in my messaging related to holiday specials and suggest to clients. For you - perhaps it's an opportunity to propose something new on your coffee dates.

The power of the prompt to drive your Agent
Yesterday I hosted another class for the course I'm teaching here in Dubai and the focus was on AI Agents (next week is AI Content). It was an interesting experience because we'd already looked at general prompts for ChatGPT for things like business analysis, market research and things like that... But prompting for a conversational agent is very different. After going through some examples, and providing them material to work from (existing prompts I'd used on client projects) I tasked the attendees with creating a prompt for their business agent. Ok, it was only a few hours that we were focused on it but this experience made it clear Your prompt really matters How the AI handles conversation flow, what to say in different situations, how to respond to objections, how to move between differernt sections of conversation and so much more. If you can master prompting for your agents it puts you ahead of 99% of people and here's why.. You'll be able to create prompts for different Agent types, different business types and different problems your client has. It becomes a way of thinking and designing that you can use in any situation. This week I'm going to record and share a video about the methodology I use when creating prompts for my Agents so... If you've got any questions about prompting add them to this thread and I'll try to get them answered either here or in the video!

🚀 New Demo Tool: What I've been building in the background
I used to do demos by actually getting people into WhatsApp conversations but I thought that was a bit clunky... And I never liked the OpenAI Playground approach because it wasn't something that was "on brand" So I started building something.. A demo tool to make life easier when on coffee dates and zoom calls. Here's how it works: - Give the bot a name - Set the company name of your prospect - Choose the bot type to demo (Database Reactivation or Reputation & Feedback) - Have the chat conversation - When finished you just click to "End" the conversation and it delete the contact and resets When you start the conversation it will create a new contact, set the details and add the contact to the related workflow. The workflows are the ones I'm using for my business and with clients. 🤖 So then you can just have a chat with the bot based on some default prompts for the types of bots. What I'm still working to add: - Ecommerce prompt and conversation (I've already got the web scaper working) - Speed to Lead for new enquiries - More options to customise the prompts for each coffee date/zoom call Once this is built out I'll also be able to set prompts for different industries/niches and re-use the existing workflows And the crazy thing is....I've been using AI and Vibe Coding to build this whole demo tool 😱 I'll share more details once I've added some extra bits and done more testing.

What's going to help you the most?
As we get ready to head into November I wanted to make a quick poll and get your input. I've been creating weekly YouTube videos with some learnings/tips on the automation side as I've been building them and using them with clients, but I'd love to know what's going to be most useful to you. More of these types of videos or more videos and posts related to the business side of things? Tell me in the poll below, and add a comment if there's a specific burning topic you'd love to understand more about and I can add it to the content list!

I selected automation tips - specifically (if I may) knowing the 'why's' of each element a bit more. I am someone who struggles to use anything unless I know why it is there and how exactly it serves the other elements. Helps me feel like I may be able to problem solve a bit more in case of screw ups
Great to be here…
Lovely to be the inaugural member. Im assuming there’s a cash prize as a result? 🤣
