For many the start of a new year is a time for a reset A reset on priorities. A renewed focus on what matters. A chance to bin the things no longer serving us. The final exercise in my book is called the "Freedom Tracker" and it's about identifying what we want to do more of, and what we want to do less of. I've started a new tracker for the start of the new year and here are a few things I'm aiming to track (do more of). - A new video on YouTube every week - Being committed to this community, growing it and adding value - Starting a cold email test - Continuing to provide a great service to clients - More time in the gym/walking and general exercising (sitting behind a desk all day isn't great for me!) And what I want to do less of.... - Less time on shiney objects - Less time sitting behind my desk - Less time worrying about social media What about you? Great to see you here! 🎉 After spending years working in the tech space I was reluctant to embrace AI, I thought I didn't need it. How wrong I was! The skills and experience I gained working for a $100M+ marketing automation platform and managing a portfolio of 40 clients, including an airline, streaming platform and shipping company, gave me the foundation but I still had to do the work. I had to understand different ways of using AI, how to build it, test it and sell it to clients. After reading a book on holiday in April 2025, I pivoted my agency fully into the AI space. I've been a bit quiet lately... Building things.. (because I've always been a builder) Client campaigns..(with some great results!) And that's meant I haven't been on Skool as much. Plus...I travelled back to the UK to spend the Christmas holidays with family. So this message today serves two purposes... The first is to wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas And the second is to say that from the new year I plan to up my game here in the group With more content, more opportunities and for those who are serious, a path to become more skilled at the automations and agency structures that will help you grow to a 6- or 7-figure business. From all the conversations I've had with potential clients and partners there's one thing that's stood out to me. Understanding. When we truly understand their business it becomes easier to sell When we truly understand our business (automations/agency etc) it becomes easier to explain it When we truly understand the how and why it becomes easier to build and manage the client projects That's what I want to give you more of from the new year, so you can kick ass and grow your business. With a few recent tweaks and updates I wanted to share this overview video of the demo tool I created. It's make it so much quicker and easier for me to demo conversations on zoom calls without having to get someone to click links, scan QR codes and fiddle with OpenAI Playground. The best part.... It hooks directly into my GHL account and the workflows I'm using with clients. The workflows for Database Reactivation, Speed to Lead AND Reputation bots. And setup involves 4 simple steps; 1. Enter the prospect's company name 2. Enter the bot's name 3. Give a description of their main product or service 4. Select what type of bot to demo Then hit "Save Agent Setup" and it will load the conversation window with a demo contact going into the workflows. Once the conversation is finished I can click "End Conversation" and it will delete the contact and enable me to spin up a new demo conversation/agent type. Here's the video showing it in action!

I am preparing to do a test for a French client. The android works great but when I go to buy a French mobile number for SMS, there are none available. Any ideas? I have also asked the question of GHL but wondered if anyone has already solved this problem?
