Moebius syndrome kid

13 yo boy, mum brought him in for posture and scoliosis check. Born without a right pectorial Muscle and has right arm smaller in length than L. Used to have seizures and stroke like symptoms but hasent had for 6 months. moebius syndrome aswell which is apparently a congential cranial nerve problem?? Never heard of it. Getting recent migraines aswell

Any experience with cases similar to this?
