I've been eating a carnivore diet these weeks and I feel amazing. I can't do it forever, because I need other foods in my diet, but for a few weeks is perfect. How are you building your health or relationships?

I deeply believe in this book series. I believe children deserve language that explains their nervous system instead of shaming it. The aim isn’t behaviour control, It’s understanding. That’s why I emailed literary agents. It’s scary the idea of going big but I want them to go global they need to be heard so I believe necessary!
