I deeply believe in this book series.
I believe children deserve language that explains their nervous system instead of shaming it.
I believe big feelings, shutdown, stimming, demand anxiety and hyperfocus arenβt flaws β theyβre signals.
I believe stories can shift how a child sees themselves.
This series centres around regulation and misunderstood behaviours including sensory overwhelm, movement and stimming, meltdowns, demand anxiety, hyperfocus and more
Theyβre simple, reassuring stories that help children understand whatβs happening in their body β without blame.
The aim isnβt behaviour control, Itβs understanding.
Thatβs why I emailed literary agents.
Itβs scary the idea of going big but I want them to go global they need to be heard so I believe necessary!
