Random posting se ads ka bhi koi impact nahi aata.. 2 sy 3 weeks tak consistent reels, posts aur branded content chalayen taa ke page pe ek conversion friendly environment ban jaye.. Iske saath hi low budget daily awareness ads chal sakte hain. Bas 2 sy 5 pounds per day local radius par. Ye influencer content ki reach ko actual nearby customers tak pohcha deta hai... Sales is liye nahi aayi kyun ke influencer videos ne sirf views diye, local targeted audience nahi mili. Ads se ye issue solve hota hai. Client khud shoot nahi karta to bhi koi problem nahi. Phase 1: Root Wounds Q. 1: Bachpan me emotional neglect ka kya matlab hai? In yesterday’s girls’ session on Childhood Trauma, conducted by @Aleeza Shahzadi we started with Phase 1: Root Wounds and focused on one core question related to Emotional Neglect. The purpose of the session was awareness, clarity, and honest self-reflection.🪞 Here is the summary discussed in the session:⤵️ Emotional neglect ka matlab hai bachpan me emotions ko proper attention, validation, aur acknowledgment na milna. Physical needs aksar poori hoti hain, lekin emotional presence missing hoti hai. Is experience ki wajah se adulthood me girls aksar apni feelings ko samajhne me confuse ho jati hain, emotions express karte waqt hesitate karti hain, aur ye sochne lagti hain ke shayad unki feelings important nahi hain ya wo overreact kar rahi hain. Based on this, we explored the following solution:💛 Emotional neglect ka solution ye nahi ke past ko change kiya jaye, balkay ye hai ke aaj apni feelings ko notice, accept, aur respect karna seekha jaye. Chhoti chhoti cheezon se start karein.. Apni emotions ko naam dein, unhe express karne ki practice karein, aur apne liye emotional space aur boundaries create karein. Ahista ahista jab aap khud ko emotional safety dene lagti hain, inner healing naturally shuru ho jati hai. At the end of the session, we also reflected on an important question: The question is not only what happened, but also how we interpreted it.👉🏻 Kya waqai aap emotionally neglect hui hain, ya aap ne bachpan me kuch situations ko neglect samajh liya? Ye bhi ho sakta hai ke aap ke parents aap se bohat pyar karte thay, lekin unhein apni feelings express karna nahi aata tha. Hum ne unki emotional silence ko ignore ya neglect samajh liya, jab ke asal me wo unka lack of expression tha, lack of love nahi. Jab hum bina soche samjhe ye assumption bana lete hain, to ye soch saari zindagi humein confuse rakhti hai. Is liye zaroori hai ke hum apni story ko sirf emotional lens se nahi, balkay understanding ke sath dobara dekhein..👀💗

🎯Goal 1k/month In sha ALLAH 🕛 Last Night Reflection: Raat kaam ke baad late ho gayi. Movie late start ki aur finish kartay kartay kaafi der ho chuki thi. Us ke baad beth kar Upwork par job search karti rahi. Ek job bohat achi lagi, us par cover letter likha. Phir journal likhtay likhtay 3:30 bajay soyi, isi liye subah 12 pm uthna hua. 🌅Morning / Afternoon: Uthne ke baad sab se pehle raat ke bartun dhoye jo raat ko pani na hone ki wajah se reh gaye thay. Us ke baad nashta banaya, aur sath hi Sir Haroon ka subah wala random hangout ka recorded lecture sunti rahi.,🎧 Us lecture se bohat si cheezen clear hui. Family ke sath beth kar nashta kiya aur takreeban 1:30 pm tak free ho gayi.🍳🥞 🌄Midday Activities: 2 bajay Miraal ko shower karwaya, ready kiya aur roof par le ja kar sunlight dilwai. Husband ke sath beth kar gossips hui aur future planning karti rahi ke kaise ahista ahista apne freelance career ko aagay le kar jana hai aur consistency ke sath jo goals sochay hain, In sha Allah unhein achieve karna hai. Apne goals par focus rehne aur khud ko distract hone se bachane ka bhi socha. 📚Learning & Attempts: Sunlight enjoy karne ke baad room main aayi aur lecture lene ki koshish ki, lekin network bohat zyada issue kar raha tha is liye lecture nahi le paayi. 🕖Evening: Shaam 7 bajay girls ka live session tha, childhood trauma par. Honestly, bohat hi acha aur meaningful session raha. Bohat kuch seekhne ko mila. Session 1 ghantay ka tha lekin discussion itni achi chal rahi thi ke usay 2 ghantay tak extend karna pada, MashaAllah. Session ke dauran hi dinner banaya aur session ke baad 8 bajay dinner kar liya. 🌃Night: Dinner ke baad recorded lecture lene ki dobara koshish ki, lekin network issue ki wajah se wo bhi possible nahi hua. Phir 1 ghanta family ke sath time spend kiya. Ab 11 pm journal likh rahi hoon. Abhi mood hua to movie dekh loon gi, warna so jaon gi, kyun ke In sha Allah next week bohat zyada busy hone wala hai aur phir movie waghera ka time nahi milega.. 💡 Little Reminder for All of you:
