Project Management for clients
Hi all—I've been struggling with client management and I dont know a lot of people here have been too. I spent some time working through it last week, and finally decided to start incorporating CRMs and AI. Here’s a simple way I solved it in case anyone is wondering: 1. Get a CRM (ClickUp, GHL, Monday.com, Notion). 2. Leverage no-code builders like Make.com or N8n to build automations that handle all the backend (staging, drafting and sending proposals to clients, messaging). This helped me a ton btw (working and running a business is not easy lol) 3. Monitor everything daily. Your automations will run autonomously but you still need to hold your end of the bargain(This is just to save you time whilst focusing on the things the make more money) Worrying about project management can be draining. Follow Up Struggles
Hey guys, I saw some people struggling with follow-ups and asking about follow-up systems and how people are managing that. I'm not sure if you guys have messed around with any sort of automation for your businesses, seems like some have, but I personally have this one set up in my own business and I thought I would share it. It's a Make.com template, which is basically a little no-code drag-and-drop platform where you can piece together bits of code and connect them easily. I used to be a web developer, so this is a little easier for me, but I figured I would export my template and give it to you guys in case anyone wants to use it. What it does is it essentially follows up with people three different times. If there's no response, it follows up on the fourth day, the seventh day, and the fourteenth day, and uses the conversation context to write a response. Hope this helps some people out. In order to use it, you have to make a Make.com account, download the file I shared, and then import it and connect your gmail etc. Hope you guys like this. Here to help out in case people have questions or can't get it set up.
