Thank You Sister! I saw this on FB and got a text from my "buddy" in my seminar that is on BEING in the world of fitness, that got me in action today. I tend to want to lean in my addiction to the physical work of doing as accomplishment and neglect my self care. Its completely inauthentic lol. I coach in the world of self care for emotional wellness! So thank you for this platform for your organization consistency and commitment. This morning I drank my water (more than I usually do when I wake up) and I did some hip openers, a down dog or two, my wood therapy on my back legs and arms and used my Chi machine. I did a little ab work and lifted my weight 10 x on either side. I had an immediate shift in my thoughts which I appreciated. Much I can share on that...another time. Love you sister. Im at my computer with my protein drink that I make instead of coffee. ❤️
