Consistency Pipeline 2: Look Lock
New Toolbox lesson is live in the Classroom. If you have ever struggled to keep the same look across different scenes, this fixes it. You will create a hero image in MidJourney, then use a specific NanoBanana Pro prompt to lock the style, tone, and color so your shots feel like they belong in the same film. You can find it now in the Toolbox.

Thank you!
Weekly Check-in: What’s on your timeline?
Hey everyone! It’s Monday, and I’d love to see what the lab is cooking up. What are you working on this week? Prompt experiment? Short film? Mastering a new tool? Drop a comment and let us know. I’m sharing a few stills from a personal project I’ve been chipping away at in my spare time. It’s a piece about life. Would love to see what you’re all creating!

@Cameron Pierron Thank you! I’m going to pitch to some prospects. I desire to work with luxury brands — including resorts. I’m going to ask resorts to let me create photos and ads for them.

Great job! You pull the viewer in with real challenges that many of us face — dealing with our inner critic, self-doubt, etc. I know it can be very hard to get things just right with AI. If you’re able to, I’d offer the following considerations: - Have her spray the perfume on her neck instead of her eyes And face. - When she stands, there’s a shot where her reflection is shorter than her. I’d make them the same height if you can. Again, wonderful job!
My entry for the challenge
I uploaded this at the weekend then lost confidence and deleted it. I'm letting it stay this time! It's my first cinamatic movie so overall I am pleased with the result. It took 8 hours! I'm sure I can find a more efficient way to create as I gain knowledge and experience. ChatGPT - image prompts Canva AI - Ai-generated images ElevenLabs - Image to video (using VEO 3.1) ElevenLabs - AI music CapCut - editing - transitions and effects I found the image generations the most time consuming. Next time I will try ElevenLabs images or I may consider Midjourney - opinions welcome on that note. I'm pleased with my timing, sound effects. If I had time to work on it more, I'd swap out a few images and tighten it up a bit.

@Cameron Pierron I agree!!
Thoughts on This Spec Ad?
I had my AI Influencer, Andres Morales, create a Spec Ad for Cucinelli's Cashmere Sweater. Here's the link to the sweater: Brunello Men's Cashmere Sweater One issue that I ran into was making sure the creating environment matched Brunello's actual atelier in Solomeo, so I went online to find a photo. That image is attached. You'll notice that the shot reflecting the atelier matches the real location. This is the GQ article I got the image from: GQ Article I welcome any feedback and suggestions to make it better!
