I’ve been fortunate enough to get to work with Jake 1:1 with breath work and somatic healing in person and let me tell you, this man truly has a gift. I met him at the start of his journey and it is very inspiring to see how much he has grown and how many lives he has helped along his own journey. Tonight is our 2 hour breathwork workshop! This will be a live breathwork workshop to teach you how to heal your nervous system and release trauma using breathwork. I'll start us off with a signature whiteboard teaching on how trauma gets stored in the body, then drop into a powerful 30-minute guided breathwork journey, and close with an open Q&A. Please come prepared with a journal, a comfortable and quiet place to lie down, headphones and an open heart. Please make sure to arrive on time so that you can get the full essence of this workshop and make sure to stay until the end as there will be something special for those that do.
