I’m grateful for having the energy and ability to move my body today. 2. I’m grateful for the nourishing food I can enjoy and eat mindfully. 3. I’m grateful for the opportunity to restart and take care of my health. - One win I did today: I completed all my Day 1 goals. - How I feel right now: Happy, proud, and motivated to stay consistent. Two things were coming in mind, one is tea(with milk and sugar)and junk as snack. The other is about low energy. But whenever my mind signals the need of tea or snacks, I filled my stomach with glass of water. By doing this I felt more full whole day. For energy I took chia seed water as afternoon snack.

@Ariba Noman yeah it is true to stay away from junk is tricky but if you want to have them, try to have in low quantity and with salad bowl.
