Date: 13 February 2026 Day: Friday One thing I want to remember about today: Small effort is better than zero effort. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Slept: 1:00 AM Woke up: 11:00 AM What data will I look up after a month or a year? Sleep cycle, scrolling control, skill consistency, and deen consistency. Reminders No one can waste my time except me. Don’t blame anyone for the results. Fix time management. Small wins matter. Day Start Section Most Important 1–3 Tasks: 1. Complete household work 2. Attend academy 3. Work on skill (at least 1 hour) What I Don’t Want to Do Today: - Waste time scrolling - Sleep too late Timeline - 11:00 AM: Woke up - Breakfast with Ami 🤍 - 1:00 – 3:30 PM: Household work - 3:30 – 4:00 PM: Freshened up + Lunch with family - 4:00 – 5:00 PM: Scrolling on skool, wrote agenda, watched YouTube - 5:00 – 8:15 PM: Academy - 8:15 – 9:00 PM: Reached home - 9:00 – 11:30 PM: Nani visited ( spent time with her), dinner prepared, ate with family, cleaned the kitchen. - 11:30 – 12:00 AM: Rest - 12:00 – 1:00 AM: Skill work - 1:00 – 1:15 AM: Journal writing - Next: Surah Yunus tafseer + book reading plan. Day Close Section Wins of the Day: - Attended academy - Spent time with Nani 🤍 - Did skill work - Wrote journal Mistakes / Learnings: - 1 hour scrolling wasted - Sleep timing is still late - Even a small effort (1 hour skill) is a win

Reminders: Don’t blame anyone for my time or results. Fix time management and stick to schedules. Day Start Section Most Important Tasks: 1. Deep clean the house 2. Attend academy 3.
