Weight stuck...
So my story is that...i am doing gym from 1.5 years..Active life style..did clean eating and also follow portion control...but from 3 years my weight is still 76kg...even not a half kg weight go down😐😐 Believe me...
Day 3 | No sugar day
Breakfast: Oats porridge with boiled egg. Lunch: mixed nuts and green tea Dinner: Chicken kebabs, and little biryani 🥲 ( I had to go to a wedding) Water before meals✅ Steps ✅
