Struggling with Facebook ads going across the nation
You’ve probably seen my Facebook ads going across the nation. I’ve had people calling me from Texas, Oklahoma, Michigan, and just one or two from my state Washington state. just starting up my fourth tree mulching business, I think I have my pricing, but trying to get people to move to buy has been challenging

This is great info! I'm trying to get everything lined out to start running FB ads this week!
80 Acre Lead: Looking For Help To Quote It
Hey all, I finally snagged a large fish. I have a client needing 80 acres cleared out and they have majority of mesquite, hackberry and cotton wood. I am curious what everyone else would would quote to clear it compared to my crew day sheet. Client request: Remove all trees from 80 acre property. Mulching is fine and dont need cleanup as it can be left behind. They will be using the land later for cattle to roam and graze but not for another year. They have roughly 120 trees peppered throughout the land and only the trees are the primary goal. Not the entire 80 acres is full of trees so it could end up being more around 60acres. Distance: Job will be 113 miles to get to and very remote. Land surrounding is flat land and no hills, rivers, or canyons. Access is easy right off am Fm road. I will be heading to location this weekend to get more accurate photos and drone footage to see what I'm dealing with. I am just curious how yall would quote this out as this is so far the biggest job I will have.

what did you end up doing with this one?
WINS 🔥
Just wrapped this week’s Accelerator call. Couple big wins: @Ryan Hollis is crankin’ – booked out 8 weeks, made his first equipment‑operator hire, and is getting off the machine and into sales/PM mode. Pulled $53k this month… I’m betting he blows past his $500k goal @Colby McArthur leveled up (again) – bought new iron (KX-040) and hired a Project Manager so he can stay locked in on quoting and closing. My money’s on him crossing $1M this year @Chris Vangsnes smashed 30 acres for $58k and captured some killer footage on the job Snow’s gone here in CO and we’re back to full-send season with a new 3‑man crew starting next week. Your turn: What’s ONE win from your week? Big or small, drop it in the comments so we can stack ’em up 🔥

Still in the very early stages of the business, but I just got my CDL last week and working almost have the business web page up and running. Looking at equipment purchases starting this week and next week. Definitely need to get ads up and running as well. It's definitely nice to hear of everyone's "wins" on here.

@William Swingle Nice!! keep that ball rolling....clearly you've got this!
Used equipment
Hey guys, I called around in my market and it’s really hard to find forestry mulching equipment to rent so I started looking into used equipment.. is this a bad idea knowing the amount of abuse these machines take?

Agreed with @Edward Utley . You ask four different people this same question and you will probably get four different answers. Definitely try to go as low of hours as you can on the skid steer! Best of luck!
First Job This Year
Just locked up a $5400 fire mitigation project. Been working with the customer for 2 weeks, finally got a commitment.
