A little insight!
Good evening everyone. We have setup our Jobber and site. Here is the url: https://alphaforcefreedom.jobbersites.com/ We have been working on an ad but not ready to post it yet. In the meantime time we are running some with before and afters. We have gotten a ton of views and clicks to our site but no requests for quotes yet. If anyone has time to take a look and send some feedback back we would appreciate some insight. Thanks JMA AFF

The fastest way to lose a customer isn't bad service.
It's a slow response. I've seen businesses spend thousands on marketing, only to lose leads because no one followed up for hours—or sometimes even days. In most cases, the first company to respond earns the opportunity. That's why I believe every growing business should have a system that: ✅ Responds instantly ✅ Books appointments faster ✅ Keeps every lead organized ✅ Reminds customers automatically Technology doesn't replace great customer service—it makes it more consistent. Question: What's your average response time to a new lead? Do you think it's costing you jobs?

So I am really new to this and trying to navigate the meta suit we have generated about 4 leads in the past 4 days but didn’t know about them for hours until we did some searching around the system. We are try to figure out the barest way to get this notification so I can respond and book estimates. Any help would be appreciated.

@Liton Sarker is GoHighLevel another app that converts to leads or directs them to SMS? Wasn’t sure if we need to connect the Meta app to Jober some how? Any help in the right direction would be amazing as the google search’s are not producing good results. Looking for an industry trusted solution.
How are you responding to your leads?
I am a new member Veteran owner operator trying to get my way in to the market area. We are running payed adds now and have boosted our following and interactions about 100% just not getting quality out of our leads. Any ad on how to respond to the leads. Are y’all just calling everyone of them, or are you respond to the listed emails and waiting for a counter response? Any advice from the group?

@Scott Helms Awesom thanks for the knowledge and advice.
Forestry Mulching Finish / After Mulching
I’m new to the forestry mulching business and wanted to get some input from the owner-operators here. What do you tell customers about what happens after a mulching job? Do you explain that brush, weeds, and small saplings will eventually regrow if the area isn’t maintained, or do you mostly leave that conversation alone? I guess I’m struggling with the idea that I’m taking someone’s money if the vegetation is just going to come back eventually. I know no land management solution is permanent without maintenance, but I’d like to hear how you guys explain it to customers and set realistic expectations. How do you handle that conversation, and what do most of your customers do after the mulching is finished?

👋 Intros
START HERE: Stay Booked Out For Weeks With Profitable Jobs
Welcome to OWNR OPS 🤝 If you own a land clearing or forestry business and you want to stay booked out weeks in advance with profitable jobs using simple systems, not shiny objects, you’re in the right place. This group and trainings are built around my simple operating system - Revamp your pricing so you generate profit on every job - Make the phone ring consistently with a simple 3‑Step Lead Engine - Track a simple weekly scorecard so you know if you’re winning or losing and exactly what to fix next I use this same playbook in my own $1.4M land clearing / forestry business and it’s what guys like Colby used to go from roughly $400k to $850k while staying 4–8 weeks booked out. Step 1 – Introduce yourself (do this now) Comment below with: - Your name - Where you’re based - What kind of work you do now (land clearing, forestry, fire mitigation, etc.) - How many weeks you’re currently booked out - Use the photo template I posted Step 2 – Unlock the Free Kickstarter Training Go to the Classroom tab and follow the steps to unlock the “Free Kickstarter Training" Video series module In it, you’ll learn how you can copy the simple operating system behind my 7 figure business: - Revamp your pricing so every crew‑day makes profit - Build a 3‑Step Lead Engine (how to make the phone ring) - Use a weekly scorecard to see if you’re winning or losing and what to fix next week Watch these lessons this week so the livestreams & posts inside here actually click. Step 3 – Book Your OPS Onboarding Call If you want my eyes on your numbers and a clear plan to stay booked out weeks in advance with profitable jobs, book an OPS Onboarding call here: 👉 [Book Onboarding Call] On that call we’ll: - Look at your current revenue, backlog, and weeks booked out - Find the biggest bottleneck in your business - See if you’re a fit for OPS Training, my weekly training program for land clearing and forestry owners

1. My Name is… My name is Mike Anderson 2. Location: I am located in Shelby County Indiana 3. We sell - land clearing, forestry clearing, mowing and trying to get into gravel driveway repair. 4. We do Z Revenue: We are a startup and just finished my first job for $620 and locking in a weekly mower up keep customer. 5. I would like to be at W Revenue: I would love this to build this to a full time business maybe 600k-1M yearly 6. This is what’s stopping me: I am currently trying to navigate the marketing and the job estimate part. We are paying to push adds on FB and Instagram but not many leads that are reliable. Currently working a 9-5 so that’s cramping my style too.
