If not now… when?
What story are you still telling yourself that no longer fits who you are?

@Sebastian Schroeder wow some good self awareness you did, love your response to this. i can also relate to the distraction method to not deal with the negative emotions that I'm feeling at times so you're not alone with that one.

@Reema Rana Grief is hard. you are good enough and worthy of love never doubt your self 🙂
☀️ Midweek Momentum Reset 💪
Halfway through the week, founders! 🎢 ADHD brains tend to sprint hard early on… and then poof 💨 midweek hits, and we’re either crushing it or craving a nap. So let’s do a little Midweek Momentum Reset together. ✨ Step 1 - Check your vibe : How’s your focus holding up? 💥 Crushing it -I’m unstoppable! 🌊 Riding the wave - hanging in there 🧩 Scattered but still showing up ☕ Running on caffeine and chaos ✨ Step 2 - Reset your direction : Drop in the comments 👇 1️⃣ One thing that’s gone well this week (even tiny wins count!) 2️⃣ One thing you’re letting go of (perfection, guilt, overthinking, etc.) 3️⃣ One thing you’re focusing on for the rest of the week Let’s fill this thread with little midweek victories, re-centering moments, and the reminder that you’re doing better than you think. 🌻

Relatable Check-In
Be honest… Is anyone else in that season where you’re “getting your life together,” but 80% of the effort is just you walking into rooms and forgetting why you went in there? 😂 Some days I’m unstoppable and other days? I’m surviving on vibes, impulse snacks, and the hope that future me magically wakes up organized. ADHD life is wild because it’s either: ✨ Hyper focused superhero mode or 💀 “Why am I staring at this wall” mode. There is no middle ground. So let’s make this fun and judge free: 💬 Drop ONE tiny win from today. (You drank water? Put laundry in the washer? Remembered an appointment? Counts.) OR 💬 Drop the thing you absolutely meant to do today… then mentally did it but physically did not. 😂 We’re all figuring it out in our own beautifully chaotic way…might as well laugh and hype each other while we’re at it.

Heyo Everyone!
- Hi! My name is Myra. I'm an AuDHD artist, crafter, and former Graphic Designer. I have a small Etsy Shop and a Ko-fi shop that I'm trying to keep up with and grow. Previously, in my shop, I was doing only handmade fidgets as a hobby, but I'm getting a 3D printer setup in the next 45 days or so and I'm looking to expand on that. I'm also interested in designing and selling specialized planner stickers as digital downloads, as well as some specialty items I have in the works. - I am interested in joining this group to meet like-minded people and I enjoy co-working to help accomplish tasks. I think being ADHD has it unique set of blessings and challenges. - My biggest challenge when it comes to ADHD or business right now is getting focused and making progress on items I want to sell. I have a lot of ideas and materials to accomplish what I want to do, but I tend to get overwhelmed by ALL the ideas and get decision paralysis, lol. I've found co-working to be a great way to get things moving. - Thank you!
