Whats one thing you know your mind, body and soul is nagging you to do? Meditate? Slow down and breathe more intentionally? Journal? Yoga/stretch/movement? Walk? Dance? Do some art? Blast some tunes and sing? Can you do share it here, and how you feel before, then do it, then how you feel after? To remind yourself its possible and what shifts it creates. For me its a walk in the park and a workout followed by some music and dancing later. I want to keep those good vibes moving through my body (slumped under covers with the cat is for the evening). Tx
