Do you work with Crystals?
When I first started exploring spiritual growth, I was guided to crystals - and I fell for them immediately. My first Pathways Natural Living Expo about 12 years ago cracked something wide open. It introduced me to a whole world of modalities, with crystals leading the way. Every table had something new - raw, polished, tiny, massive, shimmering like fairy dust or simple and grounding… yet still calling to be held. That’s where I learned to feel them. To hold a crystal and notice the energy, the shift, the response in my body. Naturally… I went home with a full bag!! Since then, I’ve noticed: - Some crystals align with specific chakras (like blue stones for the throat chakra) - Some deepen meditation and expand awareness (moldavite is wild!) - Some support self-love and healing (rose quartz) - Some help clear energy and protect your space (selenite, clear quartz, black tourmaline and onyx) Are you a crystal person? What are your favorites? Extra points if you share pics :)

@Jennie Sikes I used to use a lot of crystals when I taught crystal healing workshops. But not so much anymore. I still wear a lot of turquoise, and two moldovite pendants I have worn for almost 30 years. Love crystals still they are beautiful 💜

@Jennie Sikes It felt like home. I know many say they cannot wear it, or to go slowly, but I feel it is about taking it slow if needs be, or going full in if it feels right. I would feel naked without mine now 💙

Train the Mind, Feel the Shift
There’s something powerful about a gratitude jar. A moment captured. A thought acknowledged. A shift in perspective. What starts small becomes a habit - noticing what’s good, what’s working, what matters. And from that space… joy follows. Today is Wednesday - ruled by Mercury, the planet of the mind, communication, and awareness. (And Odin’s Day!) So this isn’t just about feeling gratitude - it’s about thinking it, speaking it, writing it. And when you do this, you begin training your mind to see them. And that’s where the shift happens. :) Let’s make it real: - What are three things that have gone well this week? - What moment made you pause, even briefly - What’s something small that deserves more recognition? Reminder - it doesn’t have to be big! Small moments make the difference! Also - let’s celebrate each other’s moments! Like, comment, show your support. Have a Joy-full day!

@Jason Dobbie I love the simplicity of your gratitude. Simple is what makes life more joyful. I also love what you are doing with your sobriety community, I help others with addictions and know how important it is for them to have a supportive and understanding space. 💙

The Present
I meditated this morning - asking my team what I need to know today - any gifts of wisdom. Quiet and more quiet and more quiet came through. I said I “had to get going, final chance (jokingly obvs)” and I heard “no need for quick movement or big ideas today. Rest, recoup and flow with the day. Be” Now - this could be in my subconscious from a reading I had with a friend this weekend who was also reminded we are “human beings not human doings”. Or it may have been from a convo on a live from yesterday on a friend’s community here on this platform. But then.. I come across this reminder and have felt the quiet from yesterday to today. No coincidences right? So a reminder perhaps for others here? Be present. It is the present! Thinking of the future and what ifs can influence anxiety. Thinking of the past may influence sadness or depression. Be present today and find the joy. ❤️ Who’s in it with me? Let’s do this!
