The Present
I meditated this morning - asking my team what I need to know today - any gifts of wisdom. Quiet and more quiet and more quiet came through. I said I “had to get going, final chance (jokingly obvs)” and I heard “no need for quick movement or big ideas today. Rest, recoup and flow with the day. Be”
Now - this could be in my subconscious from a reading I had with a friend this weekend who was also reminded we are “human beings not human doings”. Or it may have been from a convo on a live from yesterday on a friend’s community here on this platform. But then.. I come across this reminder and have felt the quiet from yesterday to today. No coincidences right?
So a reminder perhaps for others here?
Be present. It is the present! Thinking of the future and what ifs can influence anxiety. Thinking of the past may influence sadness or depression.
Be present today and find the joy. ❤️
