Morning team 👊 Let’s talk EASTER… 🐣🍫
This is where a lot of people either: 👉 Stay on track 👉 Or completely fall off But here’s the truth… One Easter meal or a chocolate egg will NOT ruin your progress. What does ruin progress is: ❌ Turning 1 meal into a full weekend binge ❌ Saying “I’ll restart Monday” ❌ Losing all structure 🍽️ Let’s break it down: 1. The Easter roast (yes, even lamb) - Absolutely fine 👍 - Focus on: Protein first (lamb, chicken, etc.) Load your plate with veg Be mindful with extras (oils, sauces, massive portions) - 👉 You don’t need to avoid it — just control it 2. Chocolate eggs 🍫 - You can 100% have some - The issue isn’t the chocolate… it’s the quantity 👉 Tip: - Don’t pick all day - Have a set portion and move on 3. The REAL key: structure Ask yourself: - Did I hit my steps? - Did I train? - Did I stick to my meals outside of that one treat? If the answer is YES… you’re winning 👏 🔥 The mindset shift: You’re not on a “diet” You’re building a lifestyle where: ✔ You can enjoy occasions ✔ Stay in control ✔ Keep progressing Bottom line: 👉 Enjoy Easter 👉 Stay disciplined around it 👉 Don’t turn 1 day into 3–4 days off plan Drop a “EASTER” below if you’re staying on track this weekend 👇🔥

Back Home and Ready to Push Into Summer Shred
Not posted on here for a little while as I’ve been away in Mexico, but I’m now into my final few days out here and I’ll be honest, I’m ready to get back, back into routine, back into training properly and back working closely with you all. I’ll be travelling back over the weekend and should land in the UK Monday morning after a long journey. I’ll more than likely spend Monday catching up on sleep as I know I won’t sleep on the flight, plus the five hour time difference always hits me hard. From Tuesday, it’s game on. I’m getting straight back into structure and I’ll also be kicking off my own Summer Shred, so you’ll be able to follow that journey alongside me, see exactly what I’m doing, how I’m eating, training and tightening things up. I want to bring more value into this group and get everyone moving forward properly again. So I want to hear from you. What do you want more of in here? Q and As Recipes Training focus Fat loss education Mindset Check in breakdowns Client transformations Drop it below and I’ll build the content around what you need most. Let’s get everyone locked in and pushing forward.

Mines getting the training in, I’m no good at training alone, I need pushing!
Coach Away… But The Mission Continues 💪
Just because the coach is away on holiday doesn’t mean the journey stops. This is not a “coach away so I can play” situation. Your results come from the daily non-negotiables: • Get your cardio done • Hit your training sessions • Stay on track with your nutrition • Keep on top of your check-ins Remember, the progress you’re making right now is for you, not just for me. Consistency when nobody is watching is what separates those who change their body from those who stay the same. I’ll be dropping back in tomorrow to see how everyone is getting on, so keep pushing and keep ticking those boxes. Let’s keep the momentum going. 🔥 — Coach Simon

TFIF ! Happy Friday everyone!
A lot of people believe fat loss happens in the gym. The reality is… the gym is only a small part of the equation. You might train for 45–60 minutes a day, but there are 23 other hours where your results are decided. Fat loss really comes down to the habits you build outside the gym: • Sticking to your calorie target • Getting your daily steps in • Drinking enough water • Sleeping properly • Managing stress • Being consistent with your meals The gym builds strength and muscle, which improves your metabolism and shapes your body. But the daily habits are what drive the fat loss. So if you’re currently on plan, ask yourself this question this morning: “What habits today will move me closer to my goal?” Stack enough good days together and the results become inevitable.

Away for weekend food will be a little difficult to plan for although the B&B will do me a ham and mushroom omelette, no big on alcohol so might only have a rum or too, water will be easier to drink and steps should be up much more than usual, managed nearly 9000 and that’s with 4hrs sat at the desk & 2 hrs travelling 💪 poor dog not flat out 😂
