Funny photo. Serious story: So I want to encourage all of you to find that cartoon character, that superhero that you are, that's buried down in there underneath whatever society or your parents or your old friends or your current family or whoever holds you back, whoever says that's too big. Why would you go for that kind of a deal? Why would you try to do this? Why wouldn't you just be happier doing something smaller? And that's who you guys get to be able to play every single day if you want to become the person you want to be. I'm not who I want to be yet. Every single day there's a gap. So I just pretend to be the person I want to become. I pretend to be the person with all the confidence. I pretend to be the person who doesn't care if he fails. And by the end of the day, I'm feeling in alignment. The next morning I have to wake up and start over. Every. Single. Day. But that's how I've gotten here. If you guys want to steal my way of doing it, maybe Beyonce, maybe every successful person does this and just doesn't talk about it. But whatever you have to be to become your own superhero. And I think the unique angle and aspect that we have here in this group, it's not just for us. I don't play this character for myself. I do it for you guys, and I do it for the animals. So if we all feel that same way, I don't see there's any way that we fail if we all keep showing up this way. That's my take. I don't know how other leaders show up, but that's how I do it. Every single morning I get up and I pretend. I play pretend like a little kid because at the end of the day, you guys see my content. I am a little kid. I've got this funny mindset, I think at least. And that's how I've been able to show up for you guys. So I encourage you to steal that and use it yourself.
