Hi all, We are members of UKAI (the UK’s only AI trade association) and as Tustra focuses on real estate, we have been invited to take part in a working group alongside housing associations, property managers, and some of the people shaping policy across the UK property sector. Our role involves educating and demonstrating where AI is actually being used in estate agency and housing, what's working in production, what enterprise clients are asking for, and where the gaps are. We'll be feeding into discussions with large housing organisations and governing bodies over the coming months. We're looking for people in this community who are also building and have built for the UK real estate industry. Specifically anyone who has worked on: - Portal and CRM integrations - Workflow automation for agencies or housing associations - Re-engagement/activation - Voice AI/Whatsapp Agents - Repairs, scheduling, or tenant communication - Compliance, reporting, or data consolidation We're putting together a small group of people doing serious work in this space. In return, we'll share what we're hearing directly from enterprise housing clients, policy makers and members of UK parliament about what they actually need and how the industry is evolving. Before every follow-up goes out, the agent gets a Slack notification: "Did you speak with this lead outside the system?" One click. Yes or No. Here's why the human needs to be there: AI reads emails. It doesn't know about the phone call the agent made yesterday. Or the conversation that happened at an open house. Or the WhatsApp message that was never logged anywhere. Anyone in the real estate speed to lead / Lead qualification game ? I have started an instantly campaign targeting Real estate agencies about 2 weeks ago (Speed to lead -> Lead qualification ->appointment booking) Every lead that fills up a form receives an instant SMS/Email that qualifies them with a few questions. So far i have sent 492 emails for 1 interested email (hasn't lead to anything yet). It's my first campaign so i don't know how good my copy/list is... working on it consistently. Just wanna know if other people are selling this service, or a similar service (even to a different niche). Is Real estate a good niche or should i focus on another one ? If you've been on that path, please enlighten me 🙏
