I lost a client yesterday, because he's started a new business with someone and they already have an in-house marketer. It's hard not to take it personally when a client leaves, but I was getting him great results month on month so I don't think it was due to the service delivery.

Client Onboarding Automation helped me massively streamline the process
Hi guys - Kept putting this off as it seemed like a massive task but took minutes to make a Client Onboarding Automation on Make.com, so thought I'd share and add some value. Quick run down of what it does: -Automatically logs new clients onto Google sheet (used Stripe as trigger as thats what I use but can be personalised) -Sends them a deeply personalised email I haven't input anything into the modules for this screenshot, as I'm just sharing the logic. Benefits: -Saves time on a manual task -Ensures new clients feel welcomed -Increases engagement and retention Hope instructions are clear, if not, feel free to give me a shout.

How to deal with the "hard" times during cold outbound?
Currently in a med spa niche and I think I face SO many pain cycles while making cold calls. One day I'd book 3 calls in a row making only 10 dials and then I'd go cold turkey for whole week and make 200 MORE DIALS with NO fucking meetings. How do you manage yourself when things are chaotic and you don't know WHY? Does this happen to everyone?

Just keep going and track metrics. Be detached from the outcome.
