Sunday...let's commit to moving a bit slower this coming week. Urgency is a sign of dysregulation, so let's slow down and be cool. Commit to moving 10% slower tomorrow morning.
We are always focusing on slowing down here, and staying regulated. This includes an area where many times we can become overwhelmed... communication! Monday's focus is on taking a breath, and a pause at least once before responding. Let us know how it goes in the comments.
