Welcome back to Mind and Heart Coherence Mondays for August! Love this! My intention this week is to stay grounded in my own energy and show up fully present in everything I do. I’ll hold myself accountable by starting each morning with the Frame Technique and journaling right after to lock it in. Excited to keep building that magnetic inner state

beautiful souls, both male and female, are you currently lugging a huge weight on your shoulders? a weight so heavy that it's crippling you to the ground, exhausting you, burning you out? then it's time to let it go! chances are, it was never yours to begin with - you've simply been unconsciously picking pieces up along the way, adding to the stack, unaware of the damage it's causing you 😔 it felt like i was carrying a whole mountain on my shoulders until i recently realised a lot of this weight were childhood wounds weighing me down - those limiting beliefs and old patterns i'd been carrying since my early years so i've been working on an inner child meditation the past couple of weeks to try and let these go because they aren't mine, they never were, they are not a part of me, not the real, authentic steff :) i had literally reached rock bottom... saw no way out... things were real dark, real heavy... but i've since been kitted out with a nice little toolbag to carry around with me should i need it if darkness tries to declare another war on me! 💪🏻😎 you no longer have to drag yourself through life, in survival mode, suffering in silence... there is a way out, you must first be willing to take that leap of faith and trust...trust in yourself and trust in the divine (whatever name you like to call it) commitment and consistency is crucial but you're more than capable, you gotta believe in yourself 💞

Wow, this hit so deeply. Thank you for sharing this truth so vulnerably 💫 It’s a powerful reminder that we don’t have to carry what was never ours to begin with. Letting go is healing. woah-oh-oh-oh-oh-ohhh it's currently 1:32am and, although i'm exhausted and tired from a long day of walking, my brain is feeling doolally and silly and that's the thought that popped into my head, the song haha! 😅🤪 where these random thoughts spur from in the dead of night i'll never know haha but thought i'd give you a little "omg she's silly" kinda laugh 🤣 what random thoughts pop into your head when you can't sleep...songs? food? tv show? what somebody said or didn't say? your to do list? haha!

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some honest advice. Lately, I’ve been struggling with managing my time and staying focused on what really matters each day. I find myself easily distracted and overwhelmed by all the tasks I want to accomplish. How do you prioritize when everything feels urgent? What strategies do you use to stay consistent without burning out? And how do you deal with those days when motivation just disappears?
