What are obstacles youโve faced during travel that have stopped you from exercising/proper nutrition? Or, if you are a professional in health and wellness. What is you best strategy when traveling to stay on track?
Having access to varying types of food everywhere you go. I remember being India loving the food, like really loving it. But after three months, all I wanted was just salads.๐
