Who's your favorite player to watch, currently or all-time, and why? I'll go first: Karim Abdel Gawad. I really appreciate how smooth and effortless he makes the game look, his movement and his racquet skills make squash look easy - when it's not. I've had the pleasure of watching him play live too, and it was really great to watch.
James Willstrop - Sometimes he struggles against the top players, but when his game is on or playing the lesser players, he slows the whole game down, very accurate lines and winners, and many shot choices from each position. Unfortunately I could only watch him after his prime from 2016 onwards, but it was still a pleasure to watch his matches.
@Michael Fouts For sure, he was especially struggling against Momen and his aggressive short game. But he still produces magic on the court and massive upsets against Gawad, Matthew (first in 10 years), Gaultier during his twilight years, absolute pleasure to watch.
