Mastic gum progress
I have been chewing mastic gum for 6-7 months and holy moly my jawline is starting to become more chiselled and im happy with that also taking some face drain tea as well which is helping a lot. First pic us from 2024 Second pic is from yesterday night my friends 30th. Relating to fitness as well but this is just one aspect. So that's my secret ahah.

Hiya! I'm Roy, 22 years old born and raised in The Netherlands. I'm here to improve myself, I've learned a lot from Filip so far following him on the other socials so I'm super excited to learn more here. The number one area where I need to improve in is my financials. I have not really been slacking in the other departments, but there is ALWAYS room for improvement. Let's win together. - Roy
Focuses On 2026 Pt 1
1. Use AI to buy back time. Get rid of the small, repetitive stuff. Use AI to think clearer, decide faster, and free up mental space. 2. Make decisions off facts, not emotion. Stop guessing. Look at numbers, patterns, and reality before you act. 3. Focus on long-term moves, not busy work. Work on direction, systems, and positioning β€” not just today’s tasks. 4. Get better with people. Clear communication, hard conversations, leadership, and trust matter more than ever. 5. Keep upgrading yourself short learning sprints. Apply immediately. Improve as you go. 6. Be ruthless with priorities. Cut anything that doesn’t move the needle. Double down on what compounds. 7. Stay calm and adaptable things will change fast. The guy who stays steady wins. Bottom line: Automate the noise. Think bigger. Lead better. Do work that stacks over time.
