Hiya everyone, I'm cancelling this evening's reflection call. I've decided to trust myself and relax this evening after my hormones have been wreaking havoc with me all day. I need a lie down in a dark room with a hot water bottle. If you'd like to share your Feb reflections here I'd love to read them. How has self trust shifted for you this month? I will update the March schedule this weekend. The theme for March is my favourite - Regulation. It's going to be life changing (not being dramatic).
