Hiya everyone, I'm cancelling this evening's reflection call. I've decided to trust myself and relax this evening after my hormones have been wreaking havoc with me all day. I need a lie down in a dark room with a hot water bottle.

I will update the March schedule this weekend. The theme for March is my favourite - Regulation. It's going to be life changing (not being dramatic). Learning about your and your animals nervous system and how to co-regulate is the missing piece for so many of my clients! Looking forward to it ☺️
