The Beginning of Something New
Hey friends 👋 I’ve got something to share...something that’s both bittersweet and empowering: I’ll be archiving this Skool community soon. Here’s why: For months , this space has been my home, I’ve seen so many of you chase clarity, launch offers, dial in skills, grind so hard. You’ve taught me what it means to lean in toward better work, better identity, better impact. And in helping you, I found my own clarity too. I realized what lights me up isn’t just building systems or growing a business... it’s helping those quiet, capable technical experts step into leadership… without faking it or losing themselves. That's my old me. Navigating between my high technical expertise, my will to do more, and my imposter syndrome knocking at the door at each meeting, despite having built a successful startup, hired 30 ppl and while dealing with project dev, biz strategy, etc. That realization means my mission has shifted. ➡️ Today marks the beginning of a new era: One where I’ll show up focused on helping people who’ve been building a technical expertise quietly, struggling to find their seat at the table, waking up every morning knowing they’re ready to do more on the inside, and helping the world see it too. 🙋‍♂️ I see you if: - You’ve built the tech, you’ve solved the problems… but you’re still not being invited to lead. - You feel ready, but something in you whispers "I'm not." - You’re tired of your potential hiding behind bug fixes and sprints, architecture building, databases... - You want to lead without becoming that boss you always hated (I see you, the loud, authoritative "manager") So, what’s next: This move doesn’t mean I step ou completely. I’ll still be in your DMs, commenting on your wins, and here if you need me. But my main focus, and my main space, will be here. 📌 A dedicated community and program for technical pros who: - Know they’re more than code, more than a database expert, more than a cloud builder - Want to be recognized and stepped into leadership - Want systems, habits, and mindset shifts to back up their ambition

Wealth is in the niches!
They Don’t Talk About These Fears
Not out loud, at least. But they’re there. Quiet. Heavy. The kind that don’t just block a launch. They mess with your whole momentum. Here’s what I see: => “What if this still doesn’t work?” You’ve tried. Learned the frameworks. Tweaked the niche. Still… it doesn’t click. => “What if I’m too late?” Everyone else looks polished. Branded. Ahead. You wonder if you missed your shot. => “What if I’m not good enough?” You know you’re skilled. But for some reason, the message doesn’t land. And it starts eating at you. => “What if no one buys?” Not just the money. The shame. The failure. The feeling that what you do doesn’t matter. => “What if I have to go back to that job I hate?” The job. The boss. The burnout. The life you promised yourself you’d never return to. => “What if I waste months building something no one wants?” Again. => “What if I’m just not cut out for this?” And I find out too late. If any of these hit, you’re not broken. You’re not behind. You're just building in the fog. And you’re closer than you think.

Great!
How to ruin client trust
hey, you know what's the best way to shatter client trust ? Easy as 1-2-3: 1- claim your offer works 2- make promises 3- don't show proof (bonus point if you fake) "Trust me bro" vibes. Now that you know what not to do, a few hints: -> Collect testimonials. Stack your client's stories, even the small wins. Testimonials don't have to be only about "how I secured $50k this month". Show the transformation you help them achieve. What was it like before working with you? What about now? What can they do they they couldn't before? -> Share your story, success AND failures. You faced problems. You overcame challenges. Talk about them. We're 8B, chances are you'll impact people -> Just starting out? Send emails, DMs, SMS. Send a fax. Reach out to your old clients, colleagues, bosses. Ask them what it was like working with you, what to they think you're good at... Bonus points if they agree to share that on a video. Show your potential clients: → What you’ve done → Who you’ve helped → That this isn’t the first time you solve their problem You don't need to change your offer. You just need to show it works. PS: need 1-1 guidance? I still have a few spots available for the next cohort, DM me if you're interested. To your success 🚀

May 21st: The Message Gap workshop
Clarity is just the beginning of the journey. After that, you need to share your offer to the world. Unfortunately, some hidden mistakes are often killing your positioning, messaging, and business. I created the Message Gap workshop for those who finally feel clear on their offer but still struggle to get buyers. We’ll break down some silent mistakes that sabotage your positioning, dilute your message, and attract the wrong people (or none at all). -- When is it happening: - Paris (CET): 8:00 PM – Wednesday, May 21st - London (BST): 7:00 PM – Wednesday, May 21st - New York (EDT): 2:00 PM – Wednesday, May 21st - Los Angeles (PDT): 11:00 AM – Wednesday, May 21st - Sydney (AEST): 4:00 AM – Thursday, May 22nd If you can’t make it live, no worries: you’ll get the full workshop replay and all bonus materials delivered to your inbox. What we’ll cover: 🧠 First, we’ll expose the 10 Hidden Messaging Mistakes even experienced experts, coaches, creatives make: the ones silently confusing and repelling premium clients. 🗣 Then, we’ll break down The Make Them Get It -> how to turn “I kinda get it” into “Where do I sign?” 🎯 Finally, I’ll we'll have a live Messaging Tune-Up so your content connects faster, deeper, and drives action. And we’ll do it without: ❌ Picking a new niche ❌ Starting from scratch ❌ Building funnels This workshop is for you if: ✔ You’re getting “love” on your content, but not leads ✔ You’ve got skills but your message isn’t landing ✔ You’re tired of people ghosting when it’s time to buy You’ll walk away with: ✅ The Positioning Mistakes Map – A printable checklist to spot and fix clarity gaps in your messaging ✅ The “Now Buyer” Script – How to talk to people where they are now, not where you hope they’ll be ✅ The Messaging Mismatch Audit – Find the real reason your offer isn’t clicking with the right people ✅ Live 90-min training + hot-seat breakdowns for real-time tweaks and examples

“I’m not trying to make friends. I’m trying to make money.”
You know that quote from Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary? What's your reaction when you read that? Are you here for money only? Here's my take: Some of us aren’t here JUST to make money. I'm trying to make both. Money and mission should not be ennemies. I want to get paid to do work that means something, with people who actually respect it. I'm here to build something honest, and work with people who get it. Of course, not every client needs to become a soulmate, but am I building a business where I have to put on a mask just to sell? Nah... I want ease. Respect. Creative freedom. Real results. All of this starts with being honest about what I offer, how I work, and why it matters. You don’t need to fake authority. You don’t need to shout louder. You just need a message that reflects your real value, without faking who you are. That’s how you attract the right clients. The ones who respect your process. Pay your worth. And stay. If that makes me “too soft” for IG / Linkedin, hustle bros, I'm fine with it. I’m not here to scale. I’m here to help and serve, while being paid well doing it. What's your mission?
“I’m not trying to make friends. I’m trying to make money.”
