You know that quote from Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary?
What's your reaction when you read that?
Are you here for money only?
Here's my take:
Some of us aren’t here JUST to make money.
I'm trying to make both. Money and mission should not be ennemies.
I want to get paid to do work that means something, with people who actually respect it.
I'm here to build something honest, and work with people who get it.
Of course, not every client needs to become a soulmate, but am I building a business where I have to put on a mask just to sell? Nah...
I want ease. Respect. Creative freedom. Real results.
All of this starts with being honest about what I offer, how I work, and why it matters.
You don’t need to fake authority.
You don’t need to shout louder.
You just need a message that reflects your real value, without faking who you are.
That’s how you attract the right clients. The ones who respect your process.
Pay your worth.
And stay.
If that makes me “too soft” for IG / Linkedin, hustle bros, I'm fine with it.
I’m not here to scale. I’m here to help and serve, while being paid well doing it.
What's your mission?
