@June E Mackenzie Agreed! I recently made a hot water bottle cover using that color. It’s one of my favorite colors.

@Kim Thompson-Pinder I haven’t had the time yet. I see them there and need to budget my time for it, no interruptions. It will be fun and I do look forward to it. I’m so happy to be here.

Sounds like then, that it’s really the journey, would you say? While we’re trying to accomplish accuracy, it’s an individual that brings specific character value.

Yes I have used one. I started with a cheap circular one that was a bit frustrating but I kept at it only to a point. I could see that it wasn’t necessarily my own lacking but that if was not as synchronised and less quality. I finally surrendered and purchased an addi after a few more years. I kept working at becoming proficient enough in details so that I wouldn’t drop stitches. I realized that getting a rhythm going was important and finding a steadiness helped. I would try making the flat piece in between other experiments. I finally bought a bunch of yarn to make a long sweater and started the first panel. The problem is the at I got burned out just trying to figure everything out that when something came up I had to put it aside but then just felt burned out labouring over how to get it right. I think it’s time to try again, but not allow myself to get burned out in working through things. It’s actually really satisfying when things work out well. What is the you tube channel name of the person or persons who lead this group? I would like to view it. Thanks for asking about where I am in this. It has been more than a year since I’d worked in it. I appreciate any info you have to offer. Cheers!
Hello-Hailing from New Mexico
Hi, I am happy to be here. “Happiness runs in a circular motion…” a song. I have had my knitting machine awhile. I did work hard to figure it out. I was doing well with it and made plans to make a long black cardigan I guess it’s called. I started working on it, then set it aside. It has gathered dust. I have not completed the sweater yet. I’m hopeful that this restart will be more motivated with others around to share, support and advise from experience in a mutual interest. How I discovered this group was it was included in a email short list promoting groups on skool from time-to-time. I was thrilled to discover this exists for a circular knitter.. See you in the group. Cheers!
