Trainees, The first 30 days are up. It’s time to see who has actually built a foundation and who is just playing along. The Process: There will be no live session. Instead, you will receive: 1. A Detailed Evaluation Sheet: A technical breakdown of your basics. 2. A Feedback Video: I will personally review your footage and show you exactly what to fix. How to Submit: - Post your video under the thread: "MONTHLY EVALUATION 1". - Requirement: Ensure your full body (including feet) is visible. - Focus: Clean execution of basics (Bounce, Isolations, Footwork).
