I have a present for you...šŸ’šŸš€ Struggling to find your perfect Audition song? TAKE THE QUIZZ HERE
Hey everyone! šŸ‘‹ I know how frustrating it is to spend hours scrolling through YouTube trying to find a choreography that actually fits your vibe. You pick something too hard, or maybe it just doesn't show off your best "killing points." To help you guys out, I just finished building a K-Pop Audition Vibe Check tool! šŸ•ŗāœØ How it works: 1ļøāƒ£ Take the Style Quiz: Find out if your archetype is Hard Boyish, Fierce Girl Crush, Trendy Hip-Hop, or Bright/Cute. 2ļøāƒ£ Assess Your Level: Whether you're a total beginner or an advanced dancer, it filters the best songs for you. 3ļøāƒ£ Get Your Plan: It gives you a specific choreography from my private curated playlists and a 5-day practice guide to master it. The best part? Once you’ve picked your piece, you can apply for a 1-on-1 Feedback Call with me to polish your technique before you record! āš ļø Note: I can only take a selective few for 1-on-1 calls each week, but if you don't get a slot, you can still DM me right here in the community for help! Ready to find your stage? šŸ‘‰LINK HERE Drop a comment below with your result once you’ve taken it! I want to see how many "Powerhouses" vs "Aestheticists" we have in the group! ā¬‡ļø

What Have you been up to?
Hi everyone,šŸ’ƒ I wanted to jump on here and offer a sincere apology for being a little quiet on the page lately. As many of you know, I am currently balancing my university studies, and I’m right in the middle of my final exams. Because my focus has been entirely on these assessments, I haven't been able to dedicate the time and energy to our community that I usually love to give. Thank you so much for your patience and for sticking around! I am really looking forward to getting back to a regular routine. I’m happy to share that starting in June, I will be back in full force. Even more exciting, I am planning to launch a weekly live K-pop dance class! I’ve been brainstorming some fun routines and can’t wait to get back into the studio (and online) with you all to dance together in real-time.šŸ’š In the meantime, I’d love to hear from you. What have you all been up to? Have you learned any new choreos lately, or are you working on any personal projects? Drop a comment below I’d love to catch up with everyone! Best, Adina🤩

Your energy is great and you clearly know the choreography well. You maintain good rhythm throughout the routine and show strong confidence in your movement. Areas for Improvement - Arm Extension (0:04, 0:13, 0:18): Your lines look a bit soft. Focus on pushing energy through your fingertips at the end of each extension to make your movements look sharper and more intentional. - Movement Precision (0:05–0:07): Some transitions feel slightly rushed. Try to make your isolations more distinct so they don’t blend together; crisp, defined shapes will elevate the look. - Core Engagement (0:15): When performing sharp isolations, ensure your core is fully engaged. This acts as an anchor, giving your movements more power and control rather than letting them feel loose. - Fluidity (0:08–0:10): Work on connecting your steps more smoothly. Focus on making the dance look like a continuous, flowing phrase rather than a collection of individual moves. Quick Tip: Focus on "finishing" every movement to its fullest extent before transitioning to the next.

šŸ’” Breath control is the invisible performance skill.
šŸ’” Breath control is the invisible performance skill. Audiences don't consciously notice when a performer breathes well. But they feel it — as presence, as ease, as someone who belongs on a stage rather than someone enduring it. VIP 1-on-1 Coaching is where I watch for exactly this. When you send me footage, I'm not just watching your arms and timing. I'm watching your face in the difficult sections. Your shoulders when you transition. Whether the performance lands or just... ends. That level of feedback is hard to get anywhere. Most online resources teach you choreography. They don't watch YOU do it. I currently have 2 spots open this month. DM me "COACHING" or drop it below. I'll send you all the details. šŸ’œ
