💜Day 15 – Arm Waves
Today we’re focusing on arm waves 🌊 Take your time to really break down the movement and feel each part of the wave traveling smoothly from one joint to the next (shoulder → elbow → wrist → fingers, and back). Key points to focus on: Keep your shoulders relaxed Move one joint at a time (don’t rush the wave) Think smooth and continuous, not stiff Practice both slow and controlled, then slightly faster 👉 Post your arm wave practice and feedback here. If you’re giving feedback to others, be specific and kind—mention what felt clean and what could be smoother. Consistency is key. Keep practicing and trust the process 💪✨

@Bea Rus okay!
💜Day 15 — Basic Footwork
Footwork exposes who’s been training and who’s been coasting. So don’t coast. Drill the basic combos until they’re clean, controlled, and consistent — no lazy steps, no half-commitment. Also, yesterday I dropped the new video on facial expressions. If you skipped it, go watch it. If your face is dead, your dance is dead. Now: practice the footwork well and post your video here for feedback. Show that you’re actually leveling up.

@Bea Rus great job! You did the moves great 👍 not much to say! For the last move it would be great if you could add a little hop in between the steps. But overall you did great now it would be nice if you could add a bit more vibe to it and add some bounce!

@Julianna Pihlajaniemi hey! Great job ✨️ for feedback for the 2nd move try to put all your weight on the leg in the middle and the one you kick if you could have it touch the floor. Then for the last move try to make a little hop when you switch to bring your feet to the front. Instead of trying to turn with your hips use your heels to push you. Hope this makes sense. Overall good job 👏

I love the outfit ! For spaghetti i would recommend the 1 or last one. More like the last one. If its for an audition tho I would recommend going with the pants skirt and black shirt but not the other shirt. Cute outfit 👌🚀

@Bea Rus okay then the last one!!!
💜✨️Day 14 — Facial Expression
Today we’re focusing on one of the most important performance skills: facial expression. Your face tells the story, carries the emotion, and brings your performance to life — even in simple drills. As you continue practicing this week, make sure to apply facial expressions to your upper body and lower body isolations. Don’t just move — perform the movement. Try adding different moods: confident, soft, playful, powerful. See how your expression changes the feeling of the same move. Post your practice here when you're ready! Let’s bring those performances to life ✨ ---
