I currently use something called Seamless AI, Apollo's extension, scrupp, and evaboot. What other scraping tools do people use that you found success with?

How many domains do you need to start? Eg. You get a client and doesn’t know how many emails to send per day, on what criteria you choose how many domains do you need? And also do you guys charge a retainer right away or a set up fee.
