Pattern I saw again this week
Spent a few days building a switchboard for the garage and got told it wasn't good enough. Had to walk away for a while to reduce BP. Now its identified I can deal with things in a more appropriate manner.
Another win.
Ovens in and operating. Next stage is to save the garage from neglect.

My First Domino: Started scheduling earlier sleep. Also stopped coffee altogether to reduce BP. Why this one: Both of these items are to improve health. My one win this week, however small: Installed two ovens to get closer to completing the kitchen and garage project..
First 6 week post
My Big Rocks: To get some ongoing BP and weight issues under control (<120/80 and weight in the low 80s). I am here because I am sick of never being able to finish stuff (Jim Rohn says disgust is one of the better ones to push you forward so here I go). I commit to completing all the tasks. When it gets hard, I will reach out to the community and focus on the 2 main items..
Turning into an Apprentice Farmer
More gardening happening. Looking for columnar fruit trees with plans to get a fruit orchard going in the back yard. Two different types of apples going, Blueberries, Habanero peppers. It's a plus just to get into the yard.
