Commercial Real Estate end 4th Qtr
2026 is almost here. Who's already looking at the Commercial Forecast? Will leasing Call Centers make a comeback?
Let’s have a real check-in
Before we talk about deals, strategies, or the next big move… I want to pause and ask something that actually matters 👇 What do you need right now to move forward? Not what you think you should need. Not what sounds impressive. Not what you’d say if you were trying to look further along than you feel. I mean honestly — where are you stuck? Because here’s the thing most people won’t say out loud: Commercial real estate isn’t hard because people are lazy. It’s hard because people don’t always know what lever to pull next. Some of you need: • Clarity on what a good deal actually looks like • Confidence to speak up and ask better questions • A stronger grasp of numbers and deal logic • More real conversations, not more theory • Permission to slow down and learn instead of rushing And some of you are farther along than you realize — you just don’t trust it yet. Being in this community doesn’t mean you have to have it all figured out. It means you’re willing to be honest about where you are. That honesty is where momentum starts. So I’ll ask again — and this time, answer it for you, not for anyone else: 👇 What’s the ONE thing you need most right now to take your next step? Drop it in the comments. Someone else here is probably thinking the same thing — and this is how we move forward together. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be real. That’s how progress actually begins.

The process of what a good deal is and not spinning your wheels with fake buyers or leeches looking to daisy chain.

@Jay Floyd Awesome outlook there Jay. I've been keeping up with the markets and forecast and you're absolutely right.
Action is the only thing that pays you in this business…
Before you roll into the weekend, take inventory: This week… 👉 Did you learn something new? 👉 Did you do something you were scared of? 👉 Did you take one uncomfortable step forward? Here’s the thing: Progress rarely feels big in the moment. It feels small… subtle… almost invisible. But every single move you made this week? It matters. It added up.It shifted your trajectory — even if you can’t see it yet. Drop in the comments: 🔥 What’s ONE thing you did this week to move your business forward? Let's share the hype! Celebrate the small wins — they’re the foundation of the big ones.

I've worked with several Commercial Real Estate Developers and Investors in the past. I kind of know the structure of deals, but the game has changed with AI and the latest Apps/Software that keeps evolving. I'm also going to work on a business plan and start networking.

I want your favorite Thanksgiving side dishes
Thanksgiving is hands-down my favorite holiday. It’s simple, it’s not overly commercialized, and it’s really just about gathering with people you care about and sharing good food, and watching football or a parade. That’s my kind of day. I’m a bit of a foodie, so any excuse to slow down, eat well, and hang out with people I love is a win. So I’m curious… what is your top Thanksgiving side dish, it's a “must-have or it’s not Thanksgiving”? What am I missing from the list

I usually make my Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts Tacos with a Black Bean, Pumpkin Puree, and Avocado slightly blended in a Food Processor to leave a chunky type topping. I finish off with Ricotta Cheese. I think outside the box and to my amazement the platter is empty by the end of the night. I'm right there with @Giovanni Caruso
