Today I performed exceptionally bad as it was my first day at school and so I ate only 200 calories and 8 grams of protein and as it was my rest day I was not able to do any thing physically challenging not even pushups Tomorrow to make up for today I will be having 2500 calories and over 100g of protein with high intensity chest day with not many breaks and also do 45 pushups with 15 reps each set 🔥💪
I trained Arms this morning . Picked up some dumbbells this time and got a nice pump! However I wasn’t feeling to well this morning. But I pushed through and completed my workout because discipline.
Discipline is key. We're all motivated to change and feel discomfort when were not where we want to be but in order to make long lasting change, you have to be disciplined

Today had my first back day and after lots of attempts finally found a workout which matched the one thing I had - my bag Did rows 3 sets 10 reps each got pretty challenging in the last 2-3 reps of each set Didn't think I reached muscle failure How do I know that? And for my nutrition Had an intake of 2000 calories still couldn't reach my goal of 2400 but I have been eating more than before Just last week itself before getting into bulking I was running below 1000 calories a day And today broke the record by consuming 85-90 g of protein Tomorrow is my first Leg Day Can you guys recommend me exercises to do?
Leg Days are brutal!! I would recommend anything squat related whether its a hack squat or just a normal squat with a barbell Id also recommend some Bulgarian Split Squats because those burn. Id also put something in for hamstrings too like some RDL’s or Goodmornings
Does actually walking 5000 steps a day and eating only between 11am till 6 pm Intermittent Fasting aids in fat loss along with not eating anything except for water 2 hrs after I wake up?
