Today had my first back day and after lots of attempts finally found a workout which matched the one thing I had - my bag
Did rows 3 sets 10 reps each got pretty challenging in the last 2-3 reps of each set
Didn't think I reached muscle failure
How do I know that?
And for my nutrition Had an intake of 2000 calories still couldn't reach my goal of 2400 but I have been eating more than before
Just last week itself before getting into bulking I was running below 1000 calories a day
And today broke the record by consuming 85-90 g of protein
Tomorrow is my first Leg Day
Can you guys recommend me exercises to do?
